VintageView wine racks and storage systems are covered for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials and workmanship. This is one of the strongest manufacturer warranties in the wine storage industry. The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
1.3 Wine Guardian β 2-Year Factory Warranty
Wine Guardian cooling units β proudly made in the USA β carry a comprehensive 2-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wine Guardian stands behind every unit with direct factory support.
Allavino Β· Commercial use
Allavino wine coolers are designed for residential use. Units installed in commercial, rental, or non-residential settings are covered for 90 days only. If you are purchasing for a commercial application, contact us before ordering so we can recommend the right product.

You shouldn't have to chase manufacturers if something goes wrong. When you buy from Wine Majesty, you gain a dedicated point of contact for every warranty claim β from first call to final resolution.
2.1 What we do for you

You contact us β not the manufacturer, not a third-party service center. One email or phone call is all it takes to start a warranty claim on any product we've sold you.

We open the claim
Our team opens the warranty claim with the manufacturer directly and provides all the documentation, purchase records, and photos needed to get it moving quickly.

§ 3.1
How to file a warranty claim.
Filing a warranty claim through Wine Majesty is straightforward. The whole process starts with a single email or phone call β we handle everything from there.
3.1 The four steps

We open the claim
Our team contacts the manufacturer's warranty department on your behalf and submits all required documentation β usually within one business day.
Step 03
Manufacturer response
The manufacturer reviews the claim and determines the resolution β a replacement part, a service appointment, or a unit replacement. We relay their decision to you.
Step 04
Resolution & follow-up
We confirm with you once the fix or replacement is complete. If the resolution takes time, we follow up proactively so you are never left without an update.
Tip Β· Faster claims
Having your order number, the model number of the affected product, and clear photos of the issue ready before you contact us will significantly speed up the claim process β most manufacturers require this to begin evaluation.
