Wine Guardian, 25 months on parts.

Wine Guardian warrants, to the original buyer, its goods and all parts thereof to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 25 months from the date of original invoicing, assuming normal use and service. Labor is covered for the first 13 months.

1.1 Standard Warranty summary

• Parts, 25 months: Wine Guardian repairs or replaces, at its option, any part it determines to be defective.
• Labor, 13 months: if a malfunction occurs within 13 months of the original invoice, Wine Guardian reimburses the reasonable cost of labor for the repair, provided one of its authorized representatives approves it before any labor charges are incurred.
• Freight: Wine Guardian pays standard ground transportation to and from the original ship-to address for replacing or returning defective equipment, for mainland US, Canada and Mexico addresses.
• Who is covered: the original buyer, under normal use and service.
• Start date: the date of the original invoice.

1.2 Platinum Warranty, optional

The Wine Guardian Platinum Warranty extends labor to 25 months and covers the compressor, evaporator coil and condenser coil for parts to 61 months from the original invoice. It is added to the same order as the cooling unit. See the Platinum Warranty listing.

The Standard Warranty applies to the Wine Guardian cooling units we carry, from through-the-wall units to ducted and split systems.

2.1 Covered system types

• Through-the-wall (self-contained) units: the most widely installed Wine Guardian configuration, mounted directly through the cellar wall.
• Ducted self-contained systems: all-in-one units with ducted airflow for remote placement outside the cellar space.
• Ducted split systems: split-system units with ducted delivery, suited to larger cellars or specific architectural layouts.
• Ductless split systems: split-system units without ductwork for flexible placement of evaporator and condenser.
• Luxury wine cabinets: ask us and we confirm the terms for your cabinet in writing before you order.

Before any repair or replacement work begins, Wine Guardian must authorize the corrective action. This is a firm requirement, unauthorized work cannot be reimbursed under the warranty.

4.1 What this means in practice

Contact Wine Majesty first, before you arrange a service call, ship any parts back, or pay for any repairs. We will contact Wine Guardian to obtain authorization for the corrective action. Once authorization is confirmed, you will be advised on next steps.

4.2 Returning replaced parts

If parts are replaced under the warranty, the defective parts must be returned prepaid within 30 days. We tell you where and how to send them once Wine Guardian approves the repair.
