American Box LLC operates this store and winemajesty.com under the Wine Majesty brand, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are entirely error-free, or that any product will meet a particular subjective expectation. Manufacturer specifications occasionally change between production runs without notice to us.

2.2 Availability & changes

• Subject to change — descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
• Discretion to discontinue — we reserve the right to discontinue any product, retire a SKU, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
• Final fit is on you — measurements, electrical, and clearance are the customer's responsibility before checkout. Our team is available to walk you through them.

Placing an order through Wine Majesty constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — including, but not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, billing errors, or stock shortages.

3.1 When an order becomes binding

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted by our payment processor. The order confirmation email is your record that the offer has been accepted.

3.2 Cancellation window

• Promotions — discount codes, sale pricing, and bundle offers may have their own terms; conflicting promotions cannot be combined unless the offer says so.

4.3 Payment authorization

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us — or our payment processor — to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping.

Shipping times displayed on the Services are estimates only. They are based on manufacturer lead times and standard transit windows, but they are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, carrier scheduling, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will keep you informed if a delay affects your order materially.

5.2 Once it's with the carrier

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery handling is managed by the carrier. We will assist with tracking, appointment coordination, and freight or carrier claims wherever we are able.

The exclusive venue for any action arising out of these Terms shall be the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
