Most orders move from “Confirmed” to “Shipped” within 24–48 hours of placement. Your first carrier scan typically appears 4–12 hours after pickup, depending on the lane and time of day. Larger units move on freight (LTL) which scans less often than small parcels — that’s normal, not a delay.

For freight shipments, two days of silence between long-haul scans is common — particularly across weekends. If you see no movement for more than 72 hours, call us at (331) 244-8273 and we’ll get an immediate read from the carrier.

Yes, in most cases. Once a freight order has crossed regions a re-route incurs a carrier fee, but our team can quote you within an hour. Use the “Reschedule” action on the tracking page above, or reach out directly.

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold, Amazon-style — the carrier drops off to your door. Most products are straightforward to assemble; every item ships with instructions, and VintageView racks also have video guides. If you’d like professional on-site assembly, we offer it as an add-on starting at $200 depending on rack size.

Refuse the delivery if you can — the crew documents the damage and returns the unit. If damage is discovered after the crew leaves, photograph the box and unit immediately and call us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, contact us before placing your order.
