Wine Majesty is an authorized Kessick dealer. Every Wine As Art wall we sell is handcrafted to order by Kessick in Greenville, South Carolina, and is covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

1.1 An honest statement of the term

Kessick does not publish a fixed warranty period in years for its Wine As Art panels and wall systems. Rather than quote a number Kessick has never stated, we will tell you plainly how it works: claims are assessed on the individual product and the nature of the defect, and Kessick has consistently remade or replaced products that left its shop defective or that arrived damaged, at no charge, when the claim is raised promptly.

If you need a written commitment to a specific term before you buy, ask us. We will put the question to Kessick in writing and come back to you with their answer rather than guess at one.

1.2 What a covered claim looks like

• Defective material: a panel that arrives split, delaminated, warped beyond tolerance, or with a finish fault from the factory.
• Workmanship: milling, routing or assembly that does not match the specification of the ordered configuration.
• Wrong item: a finish, size or component that does not match what your order confirmed. This is corrected at no cost to you, including shipping.
• Missing hardware: pegs, posts or combo hardware missing from the shipment are replaced at no charge.

Kessick will remake products damaged in shipping at no charge when it is notified promptly. The single thing that puts that at risk is installing a damaged panel, or telling us about it weeks later.

2.1 What to do, in order

Wine As Art walls are wood. Wood moves, and no two boards are identical. Some of what customers occasionally read as a defect is the material behaving normally, and it helps to know the difference before your wall arrives.

• Photographs of the affected panel or hardware, the carton, and the shipping label.
• Whether installation has started. Please tell us honestly, because it changes which route the claim takes.
