§ 1.1
What’s covered.
VintageView warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use, for the lifetime of the product.
1.1 Coverage summary
- Defects in workmanship — any failure attributable to how the product was assembled or manufactured.
- Defects in materials — any component that fails due to a defect in the materials used.
- Normal and reasonable use — the product must be used as intended and installed correctly.
- Original purchaser — this warranty applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
- Duration — lifetime of the product (subject to product-type variations — see section 02).
Keep your receipt
Hold on to your order confirmation email — it establishes your status as the original purchaser and the date of purchase. We can also retrieve your order details from our records at any time.

Remedy · Section 03
§ 3.1
What VintageView will do.
At its option, VintageView will refinish or replace any product or part found to be defective during the warranty period. The choice of remedy — refinish or replacement — is at VintageView’s discretion.
3.1 Remedy options
- Refinish — VintageView may refinish the defective product or part to correct the defect in workmanship or materials.
- Replace — VintageView may replace the defective product or part with a new or equivalent component.
- VintageView’s option — the choice between refinishing and replacement is determined by VintageView based on the nature of the defect.
3.2 Liability limit
VintageView’s maximum liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This limit applies regardless of the nature of the claim or the remedy requested.

How to file a claim.
Contact Wine Majesty support — we handle the entire warranty process directly with VintageView on your behalf. You don’t deal with the manufacturer, you deal with us.

We open the claim
We contact VintageView’s warranty team and submit your order details, photos, and a description of the defect on your behalf.
Step 03
Resolution
VintageView determines whether to refinish or replace the defective item. We coordinate delivery of the remedy and confirm the outcome with you.
