Breezaire Products Company builds its cooling systems by hand in San Diego, California. The warranty term depends on which family your unit belongs to, so start by matching your model number to the table below.

1.1 Model families we carry

Breezaire WKL self-contained units carry 5 years of parts coverage against defects in materials and workmanship, and 1 year of factory labor, from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.

2.1 What the two phases mean in practice

• Year 1: a defective part is supplied by Breezaire and the factory labor to deal with it is covered.
• Years 2 to 5: a defective part is still supplied by Breezaire, but labor, service calls and freight are the customer's responsibility.
• Who is covered: the original retail purchaser only. The warranty is non-transferable and applies in the United States.
• Proof of purchase: your Wine Majesty order confirmation is what establishes the purchase date. We can also pull it from your order history at any time.

2.2 Sizing is not a warranty

Breezaire publishes a capacity rating in cubic feet for every unit. That rating assumes a properly insulated and vapor-sealed enclosure. Breezaire does not warrant that any given unit will hold temperature in a specific room, and an undersized or poorly sealed cellar is not a warranty defect. If you are not certain which size fits your space, use our free cellar plan and we will size it for you before you buy.

Breezaire WKSL ductless split systems carry a 1-year warranty on all components against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. There is no extended parts period on WKSL.
