Is the plan really free?
Yes. No fee, no deposit and no card hold. Planning a room properly is how we earn the order, and you are under no obligation either way.
Bespoke furniture or a component build: which one fits my room?
If you want the storage itself to be the furniture, go bespoke. Wine Majesty is an authorized Kessick dealer, and Kessick builds wine storage to order in South Carolina in the wood, stain and hardware you choose. The Tower and Somm series are full bespoke cabinetry, and Wine As Art is a label-forward wall system in four finishes. If you already have the room, or you are framing one, a component build is usually the better fit: VintageView metal racking or Genuwine Cellars Reserve cable and floating racks, plus a cellar cooling unit from Wine Guardian or Breezaire sized to the room volume. Both routes start with the same free plan.
What does a custom cellar cost?
A Kessick wine wall runs $1,119 to $1,709. A VintageView racking post kit runs $767 to $3,650. Cellar cooling starts from $2,148. A full room combines several of those, so a range only becomes a number once we have your dimensions. That is what the free plan is for.
How long from order to delivery?
Kessick pieces are made to order: Wine As Art walls take about 1 to 2 weeks, the Somm series 4 to 6 weeks and the Tower series 6 to 8 weeks. Racking kits and cooling units we stock ship sooner. Your plan states the lead time for your exact configuration.
Do you install it?
We ship, we do not install. Everything arrives with the mounting documentation for your installer. Through-the-wall and ducted cooling should be fitted by a licensed HVAC technician, and split systems are charged on site.
Is cooling included with Kessick?
No. Kessick builds the cabinetry and racking; it does not cool the room. If the space needs active cooling, the plan sizes a Wine Guardian or Breezaire unit to the room volume, insulation and glass.
Do I need exact dimensions?
No. Rough numbers are fine. A specialist asks by email if anything is unclear, and a phone photo of the space speeds things up.
What is the warranty, and what does shipping cost?
Each brand we carry has its own warranty page under Warranty and Protection, including the Kessick warranty page. Shipping is free on every brand we sell, with one exception: Genuwine Cellars Reserve cable and floating racks ship for a flat $249.
Do you plan rooms outside the United States?
The free plan and delivery cover the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses, so please contact us before planning a room outside that area.
