We can offer it because we're a one-stop authorized dealer for VintageView, Wine Guardian and Allavino: when most clients order their build through us, the small share who keep the design and walk away costs us less than running ads. You're under zero obligation either way.
No. Rough numbers and a few phone photos are enough to start. Your designer will give you a simple measuring guide on the call so the final layout is built off accurate figures β but we can do a first concept from a sketch on the back of an envelope.
The opposite β our designers usually present three tiers: a value build, a recommended build, and a stretch build. We tell you which corners can be cut without affecting the look or longevity, and which ones genuinely cost more in the long run. The final spec is yours to choose.
Absolutely. The deliverable is built around contractor-readable plans: a measured floor plan, electrical and HVAC notes, a parts list with brand SKUs, and sequencing guidance. If you'd prefer, we can also coordinate the entire build through our installer network β but it's never a requirement.
Pricing on every itemized parts list is held for 30 days from delivery. If you need longer because your construction timeline is moving, just let us know β we can usually extend by another 30 days at no cost.
The free design service and standard delivery are currently available for the contiguous US only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO. We can still draw a design for international clients on request, but parts sourcing and shipping would need to be coordinated locally β reach out and we'll let you know what's feasible.
