My Wine Majesty works very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering — and we back that confidence with a clear, written promise.

1.1 What we promise

• We match or beat the lowest price found at any authorized online retailer for the same product.
• For products listed over $2,000 — we will beat the competitor price by $50, not just match it.
• Refund to original payment method — if you find a lower price after purchase, we will refund the difference (plus the $50 bonus where applicable) to the card or account you paid with.

1.2 Proof requirement

To be eligible, you must provide verifiable proof of the lower price — a screenshot, invoice, email confirmation, or any other documentation that clearly shows the lower offer at the competitor's website. The item must be in stock at the competitor at the time you submit the request.

The process is straightforward. Purchase the item from our website first, then contact us with proof of the lower price. We will review your submission and issue the refund within a few business days.

Our 100% Price Match Policy applies broadly, but there are specific conditions that must be met for a request to be approved. Please review the requirements below before submitting.

3.1 What must be true

• Purchase first — you must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match.
• In stock at the competitor — the item must be currently in stock on the competitor's website at the time of the request.
• Authorized Retailer — the competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
• Online store only — the competitor must be an online store. Retailers with a physical retail location are not eligible comparators.
• Proof provided — a screenshot, invoice, email, or equivalent documentation clearly showing the lower price.
• Price Match includes the item price and the shipping charges. Sales tax is excluded from the calculation.

3.2 The $50 beat-down

For any product listed on our store at over $2,000, we do not simply match the lower price — we beat it by $50. This benefit applies automatically when the eligibility requirements above are satisfied and the qualifying product price threshold is met.

Certain types of offers, competitor types, and promotional events are not covered by the Price Match Policy. The following are explicitly excluded.

4.1 Excluded offer types

• Promotional pricing — rebates and buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) offers are not eligible for Price Match.
• One-time annual events — Price Match refund requests exclude special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
• Discounters & auction sites — prices found on discounter or auction websites — including eBay, Overstock, and similar platforms — are not eligible.

4.2 Excluded competitor types

• Retail locations — the competitor may not have a physical retail location. Online-only retailers qualify; brick-and-mortar chains do not.
• Unauthorized resellers — the competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question. Grey-market and unauthorized reseller prices are not eligible.
