At three feet wide, the SWC3668 brings serious capacity to an undercounter run, 68 bottles behind two glass doors on ten adjustable wooden shelves, each zone on its own thermostat. ETL-certified to NSF-7, it belongs equally in a home bar or a working restaurant, with factory locks on both sides and slotted floors sized for champagne.
