Overview

Built to keep the collection at its temperature.

Forklift delivery with a scheduled delivery appointment for your Fittings Metal Collection wine wall or rack. Shipping itself is already included in the price of the wall; this covers the forklift and the appointment. Add one per order.

Not sure your address needs it? Leave it off. We confirm the delivery details with you before production begins and add it then if needed.

STEP 01

Unpack and stand upright

Let the unit stand upright before first power-on so the refrigerant can settle. The manual gives the exact wait.

STEP 02

Position and level

Place and level the unit, leaving the ventilation clearance the manual specifies. Build it in only if the model is rated for built-in use.

STEP 03

Power and set

Plug in, set the temperature and let the unit cool down before loading it.

What are the exact dimensions of this product?

Full dimensions are listed in the product description above. For wine fridges, follow the ventilation clearances in the product manual. For wine racks, measure your wall space carefully before ordering. Each kit's width and height coverage is listed in the description. Not sure if it fits? Call us at (331) 244-8273 and we'll confirm before you order.

Do I need a professional for installation?

Most W Series and Evolution wine racks are DIY-friendly with standard tools such as a drill, level, and the correct wall anchors. Concrete or tile walls may require a professional, and every kit includes an installation guide.
Freestanding wine fridges usually need only to be placed, leveled, plugged in, and set to temperature. Built-in models must follow the ventilation clearances in the product manual. If you need in-home placement beyond curbside delivery, contact us to arrange it.

How does delivery work?

Delivery depends on the brand, product, and destination. The Shipping & Returns section above shows the estimate and shipping method for this item. We send tracking by email after carrier pickup. If you would like professional on-site assembly, contact us before or after ordering so we can confirm availability and pricing for your rack or cooler.

What bottle sizes fit?

All products on Wine Majesty are designed to accommodate standard Bordeaux and Burgundy-style bottles (the two most common shapes). Champagne and sparkling wine bottles fit in all units. If you collect primarily magnums or large-format bottles, contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility.

Can I finance this purchase?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout. You'll see the available monthly payment options before confirming. Checking your eligibility does not affect the product warranty or delivery terms.

What is the warranty coverage?

Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer. VintageView racks carry a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Allavino and Summit coolers carry one year on parts and labor plus compressor coverage through year 5. Wine Guardian cooling units carry 25 months on parts and 13 months on labor from the original invoice date. Breezaire WKL units carry 5 years on parts and 1 year of factory labor, and WKSL splits 1 year on all components. The Care and Warranty tab on each product shows the terms for that product.

What is your return policy?

Most unused items in original packaging can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Brand-specific exclusions, authorization requirements, return freight, and restocking fees may apply. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will take care of the next steps.

I'm not sure which product is right for my space. Can you help?

Yes. For VintageView racks and Kessick wine walls, use the Will it fit your space? box under the price: send a photo of the space and your ceiling height and we reply with the exact kit. For a full room, request a free wine room plan: a layout drawing, cooling sized to the room, the bottle count and a parts list in three price options, within 48 hours. There is no pressure or obligation. You can also call (331) 244-8273 Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CT.
