Yes. There is no fee, no deposit and no card hold. We are an authorized dealer for the racking, cooling and cabinetry brands in your plan, and planning a room properly is how we earn the order. You are under no obligation either way.

No. Rough numbers and a few phone photos are enough to start. If we need more precise figures, we send a short measuring guide by email, and a first layout can start from a rough sketch.
No. Every plan comes in three price options: a value build, a recommended build and a stretch build. We point out where you can save without hurting the look or the longevity, and where spending more pays off. The final spec is yours to choose.
Yes, and they should. We ship, we do not install. The plan gives your contractor a to-scale floor plan, the cooling sizing and a parts list with brand SKUs to quote against. Cellar cooling should be fitted by a licensed HVAC technician.
Pricing on your parts list is held for 30 days from the day we send the plan. If your timeline moves past that, ask us and we will check current prices for you.
The free plan and delivery cover the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses, so please contact us before planning a room outside that area.
