Is the cellar plan really free?
Yes, and it stays free whether or not you order from us. You receive a floor plan drawing, BTU cooling sizing, a bottle count and an itemized parts list in three price options, with pricing held for 30 days. We earn the order by being right, not by charging up front.
Do you ship outside the US?
We're an authorized US dealer and ship to the contiguous 48 states, free on every brand except Genuwine Cellars Reserve. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses. For a trade project outside those areas, write to support@winemajesty.com with the details and we will tell you what is possible.
Am I talking to a person or a bot?
Both, in that order. Our AI concierge handles the first exchange, gets your basics down and answers anything routine. When your project needs judgment, such as sizing, custom design, technical detail or pricing, a specialist follows up by email or phone.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
Every unit ships new with the manufacturer warranty intact. Email support@winemajesty.com and we contact the manufacturer, coordinate the claim and follow up until it is resolved. What the warranty pays for, such as parts, labor or freight, depends on the brand and is set out on each brand warranty page.
